My name is Diana Luckysova. I was born in Ukraine where I received a master’s degree in philosophy, which was both useless and life-changing.
After moving to the United States, I built a career as a professional photographer, commissioned artist, and gallery owner, eventually founding Luckysova Studios Gallery in Old Town San Diego.
Since then, I’ve traveled extensively and lived in eight countries across the Americas and Europe, collecting an unusual mix of experiences, perspectives, and practical skills along the way. Living across cultures has profoundly shaped the way I see people, relationships, identity, and change – and inevitably, the way I communicate with the world through my art.

I have been painting and studying art since early childhood, with my work featured in numerous exhibitions and publications. Some notable achievements include:
